Hotel Lock System
This system is specially designed to meet the needs of modern hotels, maximum security, individual style and low operation costs, etc. By using contactless smart card (or keycard), hotel guess are able to open their room door by scanning card to omit inconvenience by using traditional keys and it’s unable to copy. It consists of four parts: door locks, encoder for keycard, keycards and lock management software.

· No wiring – Each lock is entirely self-contained, operating on standard AA batteries.
· Manual key override provides for emergency access by Hotel Management.
· Secure – The internal handle always allows safe exit. Every new keycard applied to the lock will automatically invalid all previous cards for entering.
· Authorized hotel staff can only enter the lock management software by use of a password.
· The card encoders are specially designed so that other encoders cannot read or copy the hotel’s card.
· The reception desk can only issue guest cards. Chief Manager issues and controls all other staff cards.
· The RF Data Receiver will download and record the latest entry events from the lock’s memory without a direct wire connection to the lock. Then it is connected to a PC and download entry events for reporting.
